What Momentum collects, why, who it touches, and how to take it back.

Template — not yet legal advice. This page is an engineering-drafted starting point that describes what the software actually does. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not a substitute for a lawyer's review. Replace every [BRACKETED] placeholder and have this reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.

Who we are

Momentum is an informational and entertainment product that tracks live sports comebacks and can send you phone alerts. It is not a sportsbook: it does not accept wagers, hold funds, or process any payment. The “I took this bet” ledger and any dollar figures shown are self-reported and hypothetical.
